Our currency exchange service at your accommodation allows our guests to exchange foreign currency from the comfort of their accommodation. We offer a variety of foreign currencies with the best exchange rates available, ensuring that the process is easy, fast, and secure.
Procedure
Service Request: You can request a currency exchange through our website, mobile app, or by calling our customer service center.
Confirmation of availability: Our team will verify the availability of the requested currencies and provide you with the total amount you will receive.
Transaction Confirmation: Once the availability and exchange rate are confirmed, you will receive a notification with the details of your transaction, including the amount to be paid, the amount of currency to be received, and the delivery date and time.
Identity Verification: An agent from our team will perform an identity verification before processing the transaction, in order to comply with security regulations.
Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation Before Delivery: If you decide to cancel your order before delivery is made, you can do so at no additional cost, as long as the transaction has not been processed or the agent is not en route for delivery.
Cancellation after delivery: If delivery has already been made, it will not be possible to cancel the transaction.
Modifications: Modifications to requests (such as changes to the currency amount or delivery location) must be made before the transaction is confirmed.
Liability and Disclaimer
Company Responsibility: We are committed to ensuring that all payments are processed correctly and that currencies are delivered as agreed. However, we are not responsible for losses or damages beyond our control, such as failures of third-party payment systems or force majeure events.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information about the transaction, including the amount and currency required. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that the person receiving the delivery is authorized to receive the currency.
Requirements
Be over 18 years old.
Have some valid identification (ID, passport, INE).
Provide transaction details (Amount to be exchanged, date, personal details).
Make a minimum transaction of 500 (Five Hundred).
Delivery times
Deliveries to accommodations: Deliveries will be made between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Business Hours: Reservations can be made 24 hours in advance to ensure delivery at the desired time and place.
Rates and payments
Exchange Rate: The exchange rate will be determined when reserving the currency amount on the reservation form; this amount will not change on the day of delivery.
Service fee: There is no fee.
Payment Methods: We accept payments exclusively in cash.
